All of our printer repairs come with a 120 day warranty on parts and labor.
What is your typical turn around time on laser printer repair?
Once a printer repair is authorized we see a typical 1-2 business day completion and testing time on a repair. If a printer part is required which is not in our vast in-house stock of parts, up to 3 business days can be added to the repair time as we need to order the needed part(s).
Why are they called laser printers?
Laser Printers get their name from the Laser Light used in the printing process. Lasers are used to charge the printer drum unit. The charged printer drum unit passes over the printers toner cartridge, attracting toner onto the drum. Toner is then transferred onto the paper by a combination of heat and pressure.
Do I need to turn off my laser printer every night?
Yes, not only will it save electricity, it will also save certain parts from wearing down. First make sure that there aren´t any print jobs left in the printers memory by making sure it´s in "ready" state. Than continue to turn it off by pressing the On/Off button on the printer.
How can I clean my laser printer?
