What warranty do you offer on your services?

All of our computer repairs come with a 120 day warranty on parts and labour.

What areas do you service?

We service all of the Greater Toronto Area as well as the surrounding region.

How long does it take to receive a free quote?

We try to reply to all quote requests within 4 business hours

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm. We’re closed on all statutory holidays.

Do you charge for a diagnostic?

We provide diagnostics free of charge. Regardless of whether you will repair your equipment through us.

Are you open to the public or only to companies?

We welcome anyone and everyone looking for computer repair services.

Do you repair using new or used parts?

We provide repair services using only brand new OEM parts.

Do you provide in-shop as well as on-site repairs?

Yes, we offer in-shop as well as on-site service.

Is there parking at your location.

There is plenty of free parking right outside our location.

Do we need to bring in the equipment or can we courier it?

You’re more than welcome to bring it in or courier it. Please attach your information to the item if you’re going to be sending it by courier
